The Boardroom

With extensive natural light enhanced by lush greenery, the Boardroom is a calm, professional space for negotiation. A diptych by well-known New Zealand artist Rebecca Tune tonally depicts the storm of dispute resolving into the calm of settlement.

A wide comfortable central table seats 8, with floor access powerpoints allowing easy charging of laptops or phones.

Moveable white boards are available for visually modelling problems and possible solutions.

The Longroom

With plenty of room for bags and coats, the Longroom encourages participants to get down to the business of sorting things out. Wider than the Boardroom, the Longroom can be configured into one long table to seat 12 comfortably, or into two separate tables to seat groups of 6. North-west facing, the Longroom offers plenty of diffused natural light but can be easily shaded for privacy.

The Quiet room

4.9 x 4.4m

Configurable in a variety of ways, the Quiet room offers a smaller, more intimate space. As a room for resolution in a small group, or as a break-out room from larger negotiations, the Quiet room encourages calm, thoughtful progress.

The Lounge

3.4 x 3.8m

The Lounge is dedicated to supporting the facilitator to achieve resolutions. As a space reserved for facilitators, the Lounge offers free refreshments, newspapers and room for facilitators to work or regroup during breaks or as participants convene privately. With the same premium level of soundproofing, privacy for all is assured.

Moveable white boards are available in all rooms for visually modelling problems and possible solutions.

Printing, scanning and photocopying and transcription are available at reasonable rates. We can also organise catering tailored to all dietary requirements.
